Karel Kalný

Karel Kalny farms 500 hectares of pasture and 100 hectares of forest at an altitude of 550 m in central Bohemia. Thanks to regenerative grazing of Angus cattle, pigs and poultry, he has doubled pasture yields and achieved a diversity of groves that provides high quality meat and nutritional value. He processes the meat of his animals in the family abattoir, produces meat products and runs a farm restaurant and shop in the nearby town of Brno. All its production is sold directly to the final consumer. He is a member of the Czech Association of Regenerative Agriculture.
