Gabriella Ormós
Founder and head baker of the Jenő Bakery, instructor of the Jenő KovászAcademy, founder of the KovászLabor community!
After 25 years in the communications business, he changed his profession: today he is the founder and head baker of Jenői Bakery. He has been baking sourdough bread since 2013. Since 2016, he has taught nearly 2,500 people how to make sourdough bread, and the recipes and practices on his blog KovászLabor are used by thousands more people every day. In 2016, he founded the KovászLabor Facebook community, which - together with the Laborka group for beginner Covid sourdough makers - now has 25,000 members.
It is one of the first artisan bakers to commit themselves to the farmers' list, guiding their consumers through their products towards healthy bakery production and consumption.
Since 2018, she has been the professional host of the Breadfruit Festival, organizing discussions and workshops to strengthen the farmer-baker-baker cooperation and build the relationship between the professions.
Gabriella is therefore, among other things, a user of farm meals from regenerative farming and has an insight into agriculture. We are therefore delighted that we have managed to win a broad-minded advocate committed to our common cause to host our big stage!
