Zoltán Lengyel

He runs a family farm called Táncoskert in Polgár, Hajdú-Bihar, the entire area of which is certified organic. He is mainly known for his grazing animals and the direct sale of meat - in the form of a community farm and a farmer's market. Of course, the grazing land also includes ploughland where he produces fodder for his animals.

Besides farming, he is active in various organisations. He is a member of the board of the Hungarian Agroecology Network Association, the Foundation for Regenerative and Sustainable Agriculture and the Hungarian Savory Hub, Savory Accredited Professional, EARA founding member.
