Our company is involved in arable farming on 500 hectares. Of the 500 hectares, 450 hectares are under organic farming. The remaining 50 hectares will be converted in the next 2-3 years.

Our tillage: we do not till deeper than 10 cm. We also do not use a deep loosener. We use two tillage tools: short disc and shallow cultivator. We have a medium to good tillage. We try to keep all processes in-house.

The range of main crops sown is very wide, we usually have 8-10 main crops.In the organic areas in 2024-2025, these are: winter wheat, winter barley, spelt, purple clover (seed), red clover (seed), vetch (seed), oats (seed), facelia (seed), sunflower, millet, alfalfa.

We also use cover crops. These are constantly changing, depending on what fits into the rotation, what is available and at what price.

It is important that we do not use any external inputs (we only buy seeds).

We are experimenting with the application of home-made compost (currently in the experimental phase).

We do not see ourselves as agricultural producers. We are entrepreneurs, whose only job is to produce, but whose job is just as important to sell and find customers.

We have been involved in organic and regenerative agriculture since 2015 and now we feel we are about half way there.
