Dr. Endre Dobos

University professor, President of the Hungarian Soil Science Society.

He graduated as an agricultural engineer at the University of Agricultural Sciences in Gödöllő, and as a geoinformatics engineer at the Technical University of Budapest. He did his PhD studies in the USA at Purdue University in the field of digital soil mapping. He habilitated in autumn 2021.

The main areas of his research are small-scale digital soil mapping and large-scale applied soil genetic soil mapping research at the tabular scale.
