Autóflex-Knott is an internationally renowned company that has grown from a cellar workshop to a multinational company in three decades.

The company was founded in 1982 by Sándor H. Szabó and his friend in Kecskemét. In 1989, with the help of Dutch capital, it was transformed into Autóflex Kft., which started to grow significantly. The company switched to the production of trailer components and began its international expansion. Autóflex-Knott was one of the first to enter the Russian market and is now present on five continents. In 1994 it entered into a partnership with the German Knott GmbH and became part of the Knott Group. The partnership has taken the company's quality and international reputation to a new level. Autóflex is able to meet specific customer needs thanks to its flexibility and integrated manufacturing solutions. The group includes several factories specialised in the production of various components and materials. LUX Kft., for example, produces plastic products, while Kecskemét Rubber Ltd. manufactures rubber products. Steelflex Kft. produces lock fittings and pipes, while Galvaflex Kft. carries out galvanising and galvanising work. The product portfolio is constantly expanding, up to parts for agricultural tractors. Autóflex's range includes axles with and without brakes, wheel hubs, drawbar eyes and height-adjustable towheads. The company has sales offices worldwide, including in Romania, Russia and the United States. Technological improvements have enabled the plant to use state-of-the-art equipment in the manufacture of its products. Robotized CNC machines, laser cutters and welding robots ensure high precision and innovative solutions. Automation enables the company to respond quickly and efficiently to customer needs.
